Web-based Learning for Schools

Improve pass rates and reduce math anxiety with Algebra Support

Revolution K12’s Algebra Support package includes both the Algebra Readiness and Algebra 1 web-based programs. Our dynamically adaptive approach encourages students to understand core math concepts, yet when they stumble, our personalized Mentor Sessions break down the incorrectly answered question, guiding the student through the solution process. Mentor Sessions target students’ individual weakness so they can reinforce foundational skills and get back on track. Using Revolution’s methods, students realize they can conquer algebra and enjoy the process. Math anxiety becomes a thing of the past and students approach standardized tests with confidence.

Algebra Support Implementation

The Revolution K12 program supplements the traditional algebra class, or can be an integral part of a comprehensive independent study, homework, or credit recovery program. Our flexible implementation makes it easy for you to find the right solution. Algebra Support allows for flexible Implementation options, including:

  • Companion courses
  • Double periods
  • After school
  • Summer school and summer bridge
  • Intervention classes
  • Homework
  • Pull-outs

Who should use Algebra Support:

  • Any student currently enrolled in pre-algebra, or who has taken Algebra 1 and received a B average or lower, should begin with Algebra Readiness and transition to Algebra 1 once proficiency in Algebra Readiness has been demonstrated.
  • Algebra Support can be used by middle school students scoring at or below the basic level of proficiency on the math California Standards Test (CST).
  • Middle schools students scoring at the proficient or advanced performance levels on the California Standards Test in math should begin with either Algebra Readiness or Algebra 1 as an enrichment tool.

We're able to differentiate on a mass scale across different classes. What I do in my 3rd period is not the same as what I do in my 4th period, based upon the differences in how they do in Revolution.
